Where do you deliver to ?
Currently we only deliver within the United Kingdom as standard. For delivery areas outside the UK, please contact us for courier rates.
How much does delivery cost ?
Delivery cost is currently a flat rate of £5.00 per order.
Is a signature required to receive my parcel?
In most cases a signature will be required by the courier.
My parcel hasn’t arrived, what do I do ?
Contact us by telephone or email and we will investigate. Please note that while items sent by Royal Mail usually arrive within 2-4 days, Royal Mail stipulate that only items still not delivered after 15 working days can be officially classified as lost. Other couriers may stipulate a different time period for items to be classified as lost.
Product AvailabilityHow long will my order take?
If the items you order are in stock, we will dispatch within 24hrs of receiving your payment. Our couriers may take between 2 – 5 working days to deliver your parcel, depending on the delivery location.
Why do you specify a lead time for some products ?
Some products are made specifically to order, this will be specified on the product information.
To avoid disappointment, if you are ordering one of these products, please allow enough time for delivery to reach you.
Why is there no stock available of a product ?
The majority of our products are handmade. Sometimes, due to high demand, our suppliers do need a little extra time to make us some more.
In some cases products which are sourced from outside the UK may be delayed during shipping to our warehouse.
We thank you for your patience and are confident that the wait will be worth it.
What happens if I order a product and it becomes out of stock ?
If this happens, we will contact you to advise you of the delay. If you are happy to wait, that is great (it will be worth the wait !). You will alternatively have the option to change your order, or to receive a refund for the delayed item.

Will my delivery cost be refunded ?
Unfortunately we are unable to refund Delivery Costs, nor the cost of returning an unwanted item to us. We can only refund the cost of returning an item in the case of faulty goods.
