Our grey table runner is made from natural fabric and features the iconic pincushion protea flower. The contemporary design was created by textile designer Ena Heese from Cape Town South Africa.

Ena is constantly inspired by the patterns, symbols, arts and crafts from all over the African continent. The Pincushion is a part of the protea family in the plant kingdom and is indigenous to Southern Africa.

The Embellished grey table runner has been edged with 100% ecru cotton lace hand crochet detail on all four sides.

A beautiful handcrafted Protea shaped tealight holder which is formed out of sturdy wire with red, pink and orange and clear glass beads.
The Protea, sometimes also called Sugarbush (Suikerbos in Afrikaans) is a flowering shrub indigenous to South Africa and an iconic symbol of the flora of this beautiful country.

When the Tealight candle is lit the beads sparkle and emit a soft glow.
The Tealight holder looks equally elegant as a centrepiece on a dinner table, or on a sideboard in the living room.
